Armstrong was heard stating, “These babies are huge, Sir! Enormous! Oh my God! You wouldn't believe it! I'm
telling you there are other spacecraft out there, lined up on the far side of the crater edge! They're on the Moon

On the surface on the far side of the Moon, the Apollo crewmembers observed a crater, beside which lay what
Armstrong termed a moon base and mining operation. Armstrong knew, of course, that Humans had not landed on
the Moon yet, and Human technology had not yet attained the capacity for the construction and operation of a base
on the Moon. Therefore, he knew it not only to be alien in nature, but in ownership as well. Astronauts Neil
Armstrong and Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin apparently witnessed the unbelievable on the surface of the Moon.
As Armstrong and Aldrin watched, another craft rose up to meet them, taking up a similar orbit just yards from their
Apollo craft. Armstrong went on to state that it seemed the alien craft was issuing a warning. Leave! … And don’t
come back!

warned off by the alien spacecraft.
It is reasonable to assume that the extraterrestrial presence among us is divided along some lines, either by religion
or species, whose goals and interests are in direct conflict with each other.
Researchers have many theories about what it is about Earth and/or Humanity that attracts ET’s. Some speculate
that water, a rarity in this part of the universe, is being used for fuel or vital resource. Others speculate, rather
darkly but with substantiation that the aim is to harvest Humans, either for body parts, food, or DNA. Either way,
determining the identity of this “object of desire” is not the goal of my research, so we will identify this “object” as the
“X-factor”.
On February 17, 1954, U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower reportedly traveled to Palm Springs, California. The
official story was that Eisenhower had decided on a vacation. This seems odd considering the quail hunting vacation
he had just taken a week earlier in Georgia.
On February 20, Eisenhower went “missing”. It was a Saturday night, and a curious media were camping out in Palm
Springs, waiting for any tidbits of information they could get a “scoop” on. The President’s press secretary hastily met
with reporters, explaining that the President had a dental emergency and had to have a crown replaced.
In reality, Eisenhower had snuck over to Edwards Air Force Base, which at the time was called Muroc Field. Eisenhower’
s mission to Edwards was a First Contact scenario with a race of Nordic-like entities.3 According to Astronaut Gordon
Cooper, this would not be the only time a meeting took place at Edwards AFB. In 1957, while stationed at the base as
a test pilot, Cooper had the opportunity to view film of a landing.4
Assigned to Experimental Flight Test Engineering Division, Cooper assigned two USAF photographers, James Bittick
and Jack Gettys, to set up a camera system on the dry lake bed. Later that day, the two men would report back to
Cooper with film taken from the system. On the film was a saucer-shaped craft that appeared to land at the base,
extending a tripod landing gear. The craft would soon depart in the same manner. The men reported that they heard
no sound emanate from the craft while in flight.
Both men were visibly shaken by what they had witnessed. Cooper would later state that this would not be the only
strange craft he had seen during his long career.
The Nordics, standing approximately 6 to 8 feet tall, with pale white skin, blue eyes, and thin blond hair, were
concerned about the direction Earth’s leaders were taking in nuclear weaponry, and desired that the United States
disarm their nuclear ordinance. In return, the Nordics offered spiritual assistance, as well as other intangibles. The
offer was rejected by Eisenhower, who felt that America disarming left it extremely vulnerable to Russian nuclear
strikes. He believed that America’s survival was its ability to devastate any enemy. This took contemplation of any
limitation on nuclear arms off the table.
Offer rejected, Eisenhower had an opportunity to get what he wanted for America from another alien race that has
come to be called Grays. The Grays reportedly met with Eisenhower (or a representative for security reasons) at
Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. The Grays offered help with military technology in return for the opportunity
to abduct a negligible number of cattle and Humans for medical and genetic research. Some suggest the Grays are a
dying race trying desperately to aid its reproduction, which has been heretofore accomplished through cloning. The
goals, at least temporarily, was to research organ and limb replacement for unhealthy Grays, and eventually develop a
hybrid between Grays and Humans, therefore allowing the Gray species to live on in some form.
Thus a treaty was pursued between the two races, but not without objections from the Nordics, who knew the Grays
to be devious and dangerous. The Nordics even extended the offer to defend Earth from the Grays. Again,
Eisenhower rejected their overtures.
Treaties involving the United States must be ratified by Congress.5 Lacking this rite of sanctioning, treaties are not
enforceable under the American Constitution. There is, though, a process known as “Executive Agreements”, which a
President can sign with another power, which does not require ratification. The catch with Executive Agreements is
that, unless the newly elected successor to the Presidency signs on to the agreement, it becomes null and void. This,
of course, would require a disclosure process for incoming Presidents.
Soon, though, the Grays would violate the agreement. At the beginning, they began to abduct more Humans than
they were allowed. One of the specifics of the treaty was that all abductions were to be communicated to the
American government through a liaison. More and more, the Grays neglected to advise of abductions. Then, the
Grays violated the exceeded the number of Human abductions specified in the treaty. Soon, the agreement was
meaningless.6
America found itself in the impossible position of being unable to defend itself, politically or militarily, against the
actions of the Grays. It seems that the only recourse the American government would have at this point is to deny
the very existence of aliens and attempt to discourage or chase away any Gray craft attempting abduction. An
environment of emphasis on official denial would soon permeate itself throughout the military and government.
Commercial transport pilots, even though employed by private airlines, would soon find it impossible to report a UFO
sighting or a near-miss involving a UFO to the Federal Aviation Administration without their career coming under a
critical, possibly career-ending scrutiny.
With the speed of the Grays’ craft and the suddenness of their operations, America would soon find itself feeling
impotent.
In this post-9/11 world, where the only real enemy is a North Korea and China who would seemingly prefer to rattle
swords, and an Iranian government desperately searching for technology to enable a military competitiveness with the
“Great Satan”, many ask why America needs a stealth- or Joint Strike Fighter-type technology, costing the American
taxpayers billions, to “blow up a terrorist on a mule”.
It would stand to reason that the answer is staring us in the face. The only response to the Grays’ unethical activities
is to develop a method of response that stands the chance of success. In 2007 and 2008, during the UFO sightings
in the skies over Stephenville, Texas, when the restricted airspace over the U.S. President’s ranch in nearby Crawford
was continuously violated by said unknown crafts, did the U.S. Air Force truly succeed in chasing them off? Or was
that an operation on the part of the Grays specifically designed to impress American leaders of the fruitlessness of
such ambition?
Therefore, we can deduce that at least some extraterrestrials, either by their very nature or by the nature of their X-
factor, are unable to stay true to their word.

of us in the world discovered that we were threatened by an outer - a power from outer space, from another planet”.

Unidentified flying objects have been around for centuries. Reports go back to ancient times, with artistic depictions
of spacecraft and alien astronauts inscribed or painted onto stone walls and tablets in many cultures around the
world. But what do we know about the intelligence operating these craft and who are depicted on the walls of ruins?

depicts two immense black cylinders launching many blue and black spheres, blood red crosses, and flying discs.
As further evidence of a hostile nature, researcher Richard Hoagland has discovered artifacts and ruins among
photographs of the Earth’s Moon and the planet Mars.2 Among these are pictures of what appears to be a robotic
head, pieces of machinery, and hints of demolished habitats or bases. What cataclysm led to so much widespread
destruction?

Researchers into the Apollo 15 manned mission to the Moon
have uncovered photographs taken by Astronaut Alfred
Worden, Command Module Pilot, in orbit around the Moon.
These photographs were taken while his crewmates,
