The answer stares us in the face. As a result of a report named Proposed Studies on the Implications of
Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs, more commonly known as the famous Brookings Report, the belief
has been propagated that a number of possibilities exist, all of which threaten Humanity’s very reality. Religion would
suffer when its flocks theoretically find doubt in their faith, resulting in intense desperation devolving into mental
illness. Society would crumble from the lawlessness that would stem from a publics lack of belief in its government
and its ability to protect them. Government, suffering a loss of authority, would understandably react excessively in
attempting to establish a rule by martial law. Mankind, who once thought themselves at the top of the food chain,
would undoubtedly see the need to rearrange said food chain showing a less advantageous station for the once
mighty Human Empire.
Most psychologists and sociologists, as well as religious leaders from faiths across the gamut believe this to be a
worst case scenario of highly unlikely outcomes. Humanity will not collapse when it learns once and for all that it has
company in the vast universe. I believe the reality to be that there are numerous friendly extraterrestrial civilizations
in the Milky Way galaxy, as there are also less than cordial alien races we would do well to avoid.
I also believe that daunting secret periphery governmental faction known as the “black government” does exist, and it
makes sense that it would. All governments, no matter how well-intentioned, has those few who work outside public
scrutiny, performing those tasks that, while a case can be made for the necessity of executing, would outrage a
segment of its citizenry who believe that a perfect world exists and there is never any need to do the terrible to live in
the prosperity and comfort Americans enjoy; there is not an evil, threatening menace at the gate!
But on the chance that the negative implications of the Brookings Report could hold somewhat true, and those in
power could see a deterioration of society, I believe an ingenious but time-consuming plan was launched to mitigate
the impact of those issues. To avoid loss of face and status, America’s general level of technology has been
augmented through agreements with extraterrestrials and through crash retrievals of alien technology. Great leaps in
technology have occurred over the last 50-plus years. Mind-boggling possibilities are now everyday gadgets. Cell
phones, plasma screen television, fiber optics, nano-technology, research into alternate forms of energy. All of this
was unavailable a mere 50 years ago. Today, they are in most houses, and most of those houses have multiples!
We have never in recorded history seen such a massive leap in technology in such a short period of time.
A naive American public was found to be traumatized by the thought of alien encounters, so how could the day ever
come that we might work and live side by side with extraterrestrials that may or may not vaguely resemble
humanoids? This was accomplished in the form of a desensitizing campaign. By increasing America’s exposure to the
intensity of physical differences, its goal was to lessen the shock value in seeing creatures that could seem so
different from us. This was done through a massive media flood of science fiction television shows, movies, books,
periodicals, and documentaries, many of which skirt so closely to the truth as to be virtually indistinguishable. In the
same way that a viewing public has been desensitized to violence and bloodshed, so has it also been rendered almost
impervious to the shock of physical difference.
A new focus within religious teachings is an incorporation of extraterrestrial civilizations into the teachings and
understanding of the grace of an all-powerful, immeasurably creative God, who sent his only begotten Son to die for
all sin, not just those perpetuated by Humanity.
The question then is, at what point are American’s ready? What is the timeline, and could this timeline be affected by
a military establishment who would prefer to siphon the technology gleaned from reverse engineering crashed alien
spacecraft and from technical assistance gained from alien mentorship to develop an invincible military… at least
against other Earth-bound militaries?

It was during a moment of similar research focusing on the
book The Roswell Legacy by Jesse Marcel Jr. and Linda
Marcel, that I recently had an epiphany. Researchers and
investigators too numerous to count have worked diligently
to pierce the veil of secrecy, and overcome the
misinformation campaigns protecting the truth of the
existence of extraterrestrial life and the reality of their
presence on Earth. Bewilderment and educated guesses
have followed this game of cloak and dagger. You may ask
yourself, “If extraterrestrials are visiting our planet, and the
American government has knowledge of and possible
dealings with said visitors, why would the government not
announce this seminal state of affairs and open the
floodgates to researchers who would give their firstborn to
ask a few simple questions and get what is bound to be a
most complicated answer?”.
