Type 1 Greys are approximately 3 to3 ½ feet tall
with no hair, and skin color ranging from grays to
browns.  Ms. Wilson describes their mode of
transportation as levitation or floating, at times
moving so quickly they appear to be in two places
at once. Wilson notes these aliens have a distinct
presence in that they feel the most alien of all of
the Beings.  This “presence” can be understood
as the frightened reactions commonly portrayed
on television, where abductees are often seen
crying and attempting to flee or fight, even under
hypnosis after the therapist has instructed the
patient/abductee that they will feel perfectly calm
and unafraid. This fear is oftentimes experienced
and as a primal or instinctual fear.

Type 2 Greys are described as taller than their
counterpart Type 1’s, approximately 4 feet tall.
They have lighter skin colors that are usually gray
or white.  These Greys move using bipedal
locomotion combined with levitation.  Type 2
Greys also tend to wear formfitting one-piece

The “Greys” are one of the most commonly reported extraterrestrial biological
entity, or “alien” in the United States.  The Greys gained their notoriety when, in
September of 1961, an unsuspecting Betty and Barney Hill drove into the first
alien abduction that was widely accepted by the general public as factual.

Described in detail in Kathleen Marden's and Stanton T. Friedman's book,
CAPTURED! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience, the event would
soon be recounted in the 1975 movie
The UFO Incident, starring James Earl
Jones and Estelle Parsons as the Hills.

From the information gained from the Hills' abduction experience, a hand drawn
map generated from memories of charts shown to Betty Hill by one of the aliens,
and in-depth research of that same map by a Rogue's Scholar named Marjorie
Fish, the Greys planet of origin seems to be a double star system named Zeta
Reticuli.

The “Greys” are one of the most commonly reported extraterrestrial biological
entities, or “aliens” in the United States.  There are several types of Greys,
differing in height and the presence of sparse head hair.  Even though some
Type 4 Greys share much of the same characteristics as the previous three types, but stand between 6 and 7 feet
tall and have either gray or tan skin.  “Their arms and legs are very long and thin, and when walking, they bend
over slightly as their torso slowly moves forward and upward, and then backward and downward as their legs
move.” Wilson suspects this is because of their extreme height and the structure of their backbones. It is
interesting to note that Beings referred to as Praying Mantis types also walk in a similar manner.

Type 4 Greys appear to hold the top positions in the Grey hierarchy and carry out duties such as supervisor-
observers and emissaries or diplomats. They, too, have been seen working alongside human scientists, or Beings
who appear to look just like us. In her latest book, Wilson suspects it is the Type Four Greys who are heading what
has become known in abduction research as the Hybrid Breeding Program; the creation of an alien-human hybrid
race.

Hopkins, Budd and David Jacobs. Transgenic Beings: A DVD presentation from the 2006 UFO Congress. Edited
from the cover notes: Hopkins and Jacobs discuss the emerging evidence for Hybrids having an increased presence
in normal society and even living among us. Through the years, UFO-abduction researchers have collected and
investigated odd stories of "aliens" living among us. These stories were ignored as not having enough credibility
and evidence and as being suggestive of the spurious claims spun in the 1950s during the contactee movement. In
recent years, evidence from the abduction phenomenon has been building for the reality of an alien, i.e. Hybrid,
presence in normal society.  Hopkins and Jacobs reveal the evidence they have found for the presence of Hybrids
on Earth and begin the serious debate about what this might mean.

types differ in color, from gray to tan to white and bluish, the Grey’s earned their name from a tendency for people
to stereotype that which they do not understand.  Different types of Greys all seem to work together, each having
their own area of specialization or function. Some Greys are more drone-like in nature, some are more technically
inclined, and some carry out supervisory functions. Usually described as having frail-looking, gray bodies and solid
black, almond shaped eyes, Greys are divided into several categories.  The most useful seems to be the typing
system put forth by Kay Wilson, an alien abduction experiencer and researcher.

uniforms or jumpsuits, sometimes with an emblem on the breast.  Type 2’s are
generally referred to as “robots,” but Wilson prefers to describe them as “task
oriented.” Some have been known to exhibit emotion.

Type 3 Greys stand between 5 ½ and 6 feet tall and have a bony ridge along their foreheads.  Some Type 3 Greys
have been reported with sparse blonde hair, but it is quite possible any hair that is seen is probably artificial, and
some have even been described as appearing to be wearing wigs.  These Greys are more scientifically and
technologically oriented, and are described as carrying out the duties of pilots or navigators onboard their
spacecraft.  These Greys have been seen by many abductees, including Wilson, working alongside human scientists
and military officials.
