The United States of America is a constantly changing, ever growing country.  It is and will always be the greatest
country on this planet. Even America has a history of right and wrong choices, though.

Since the Great Depression, America has had a strong segment of its citizenry that believes government should play a
strong role in the lives and livelihood of its people.  Is it any wonder that in a state of mind where so many American
citizens depend on the federal government for healthcare, employment, protection from external and internal threats,
and almost literally to make all the decisions in life (and limit our freedom of choice), that same public would also toe
the line in believing the federal government’s propaganda and at times obvious lies about the reality of extraterrestrial
civilizations visiting our planet.

Journalism was once a vaunted profession built upon a foundation of truth in reporting.  Throughout the 20th
century, due to infiltration by government operatives (most notably by the Central Intelligence Agency) and
government pressure, journalists and media outlets have been groomed to default to the government in the most
sensitive of subjects, most notably the topic of extraterrestrial civilizations and UFO’s.

During and immediately following World War II, the general
perception of the federal government and the American
military was as the “good guys”, having just won the most
terrible war in Human history.  The American people wanted
and needed to have faith in their government, especially
after surviving a fight to the death with the most evil threat
this nation had ever experienced to that date.  It was into
this atmosphere that the subject of UFO’s was introduced
first to American servicemen, who referred to the strange
lights that would fly along with and chase their fighters and
bombers as “foo fighters”, and then to the American public
in general following the infamous Kenneth Arnold sighting of
several boomerang-shaped craft skimming along the
mountain tops near Mt. Ranier, Washington and the crash
and recovery of at least one craft near Roswell, New Mexico,
both occurring in the summer of 1947.

In the present, conditioned by our predecessors and
supplemented by our current dependence upon the
government, it is not surprising that so many still refuse to
believe that representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations have visited and currently maintain political relations with
members of our species.

In an age where the word disclosure is being associated more and more with the UFO phenomenon, the great minds
behind the UFO cover-up face a daunting dilemma.  They can admit to lying to the American people and, whether for a
legitimate reason or simply a reason borne of greed and hunger for power, suffer a strong disillusionment with
government as a whole, or literally ride the crashing plane all the way down.  The latter, of course, might be easier at
first, but will ultimately result in an exponentially greater negative affect.

It is believed by many that the U.S. is in a collusion of sorts that may not be in the best interest of the individual
American, and by extension the citizens of this planet.  Such a possibility, if factual, would complicate disclosure,
almost assuring the unfortunate choice of riding it into the ground.

Eventually, the UFO secret will make its way into open, with the increase in scientific study of the increased sightings,
it’s a momentum that will be hard placed to effectively deal with without tipping your hand.
