I have become notorious in my journalism for demanding the truth be told to the American public by the government
and military concerning the existence of extraterrestrials and their potentially dark motivations for visiting our planet.
It is partly common sense, but there are those who refuse to believe in “little green men”, despite the volumes of
eyewitness reports, trace evidence, and historical accounts. Some just flat out will not believe, even though the same
quality of evidence is employed in American courts of law to convict the accused and sometimes convey the death
penalty. If such evidence holds this quality of sway in the court of law, it must also hold the same quality of sway
concerning the existence and presence of extraterrestrials. If the type of evidence cannot hold sway in UFO-related
reports, then it also cannot by extrapolation be employed in any meaningful manner in the legal system. Thus the
legal system should be non-existent, as no method of proof outside of detailed video records of the incident or the
word of God Himself is acceptable.
In their mechanically delivered objections, the U.S. government and military establishment actually brings stark clarity
to the question of extraterrestrial beings. By their screaming silence in situations deserving of immediate attention,
by their episodic and excessive lecturing and frantic force-feeding of nonsensical and ill-fitting explanations and
dismissals for legitimate, well-documented and much witnessed sighting reports, the bipolar personality of the
government and military responses mean not only that the phenomenon exists, but that they have no concept of
how to conceal the veracity of extraterrestrial visitation from the American public and the Great Uninitiated.
In the early 1960’s, NASA asked the Brookings Institution, a non-profit think tank in Washington D.C., to consider
the implications of the American public learning that life exists elsewhere. The resulting report was entitled Proposed
Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs. Come to be known as the
Brookings Report, the Brookings Institution warned of potential negative affects to such societal mainstays as
religion and the rule of law. Probably the most poignant statement in the report maintains that societies sure of their
own place in the universe have disintegrated when confronted by a superior society, and others have survived even
though changed. This would suggest a thinly veiled recommendation to withhold information from the American
public if evidence of “other life” were stumbled upon during any future explorative space mission.
With whispers warning that the American public cannot handle the truth, even pointing to supportive conclusions
within the Brookings Report, the government and military fail to realize that they, too, are human, begging the
question that if society cannot handle the “truth”, how can they? Please note that, if claims that the American
government is in collusion with extraterrestrials are true, then those very same people have handled the truth
successfully, both intellectually and emotionally, for many decades.
They fail to acknowledge other findings and notations within the Brookings Report, such as a determination that
public knowledge of extraterrestrial life might serve to unify all of Humanity, encouraging them to reach across
country, religious, and ideological boundaries to befriend each other. “…, and others have survived even though
changed”. That would be problematic for those who use this ever-existent divisiveness to garner personal power.
Without an enemy, how can dictators demonstrate their power? Against whom would these dictators rally their
citizens and followers against? How, then, will they justify massive spending on military programs that serve as a
method of intimidating others to servitude?
This could, would, and probably does serve to justify nondisclosure, at least in the mind of a dictator. The reality of
the existence of extraterrestrial beings, even civilizations, could well serve to strengthen the foundations of those in
power.
Such is the formidable opposition to those soldiering for disclosure.
